When is the check in and check out and how do I get the keys for my apartment / house?
The keys will be handed over upon arrival at your apartment / house. You select the exact time directly with your landlord. We will send you the contact in advance for this rental. On departure please just leave the keys in your accommodation.
How do I book private fair housing with 4yourfairs?
Based on your requirements we will send you a non-binding offer. The quoted price is a final price including commission, possibly breakfast and VAT. After acceptance of the offer and verifying availability you will receive the accommodation contract signed by the landlord for your signature. As soon as 4yourfairs has received the mutually signed contract, your rental is secured.
Is it possible to arrange a change of guest during the stay?
Of course, a change of guests during the rental period is possible. If this is known at the time of booking, just let us know when the changeover is occuring. Otherwise please notify 4yourfairs as soon as possible. The landlord will clean the room for the new guest, make the bed again and lay fresh towels. For these additional services a rate of € 20, - per change will be charged.
When and how will the payment be settled?
The quoted price is a final price including agency fee. As soon as the accommodation agreement has been accepted by you and the landlord, you will receive an invoice for the agency fee from 4yourfairs. The payment of this fee is due within 14 days of invoicing. The rent itself will be paid directly to the landlord, cashless via bank transfer. In general the payment has to be made in two steps: 50% at least 10 days before your arrival, the remaining 50% within 5 days of departure. For short-term bookings, the payment will be adjusted accordingly.
