When is the check in and check out and how do I get the key for my accommodation?
The key will be handed over upon arrival at your apartment or house. You select the exact arrival time directly with your landlord. We'll send you the contact details in advance. On departure, usually you can just leave the key in the accommodation.
How do I book with 4yourfairs?
Fill out you booking form. Based on your stated requirements, we'll send you a non-binding offer. The quoted price is a complete price, including commission and breakfast (if requested). After acceptance of the offer, and verifying availability, your rental is secured and you'll receive the accommodation and commission contract for your signature.
Is it possible to arrange a change of guest during the stay?
In most accommodations a change of guests during the rental period is possible. If this is known at the time of booking, just let us know when the changeover will occur. Otherwise, please notify 4yourfairs as soon as possible. For an additional charge, the landlord will clean the room for the new guest, make the bed again and lay out fresh towels.
When and how will the payment be settled?
The quoted price is a complete price, including agency fee. As soon as the accommodation agreement has been accepted by you and the landlord, you will receive an invoice for the agency fee from 4yourfairs. The payment of this fee is due within 10 days of invoicing. The rent itself you'll pay directly to the landlord, via cashless bank transfer, in general 14 days before your arrival. For short-term bookings, the terms of payment will be adjusted accordingly.
